传言已久的澳洲国立大学录取新政策，昨日终于尘埃落定。4月15日，澳国立官宣2020年2月入学录取新政策，小编详细为大家总结一下。
录取要去变更：
1）最重要，也是和同学们最息息相关的是，递交申请时必须提供合格的语言成绩。

也就是说澳国立不会再出有语言条件的offer，不再提供语言课+硕士课程的package offer，雅思、托福等语言成绩将成为一项必备申请材料，达到了要求才可递交申请。这一点已经向北美国家的录取要求靠拢。
2）采用排名制度，择优录取，不再是达到最低录取标准即发放offer。
申请人达到澳国立最低录取要求后，ANU会根据申请人的条件进行排名，根据排名先后来录取。

You've passed our Eligibility Check and are through to the next stage when we rank your application against others' applying for the same program in the same round.
这样一来，录取的不确定性大大增加，不仅取决于申请人本身的条件，还取决于同一轮申请中所有候选人的整体素质。
关于是否告知申请人在admission pool中的排名，本次通知并未提及，正式实施一段时间后就见分晓了~
3）采用 7 分制评估，将申请人的均分转换为7分制，转换后的均分将直接决定你是否达到ANU录取要求。

ANU uses a 7-point Grade Point Average (GPA) scale. All qualifications submitted for admission at ANU are converted to this common scale. This GPA will determine if you meet our published admission requirements.
同时，ANU所有硕士课程都设置了以7分为总分的录取要求，以Master of Applied Economics 为例：
录取流程变更：
1）在 Final Year 才能递交申请。3年制本科有5个学期成绩方可递交，4年制本科有7个学期成绩才能递交。
与之前4年制本科用前五个学期成绩递交申请相比，差了整整一年，现在国内学生再也无法大三就拿澳国立的offer了。忽然觉得已经拿到offer或者已经入读ANU的学生无比幸运~1）在 Final Year 才能递交申请。3年制本科有5个学期成绩方可递交，4年制本科有7个学期成绩才能递交。

To make sure that you and all other candidates are fairly assessed, we exclude your final semester when we caculate your GPA.
We will consider your GPA for the first seven semesters of an eight semester program (excluding the final semester).
We will consider your results for the first five semesters of a six semester program (excluding the final semester).
2）只能递交一个专业的申请，对换专业限制更严格。
先前，ANU允许申请人同时递交多个专业的申请，学校会优先审理第一意向专业，若不录取则依次审理第二专业。
现在，申请人最多只能递交一个专业的申请，若无法录取该专业，澳国立可能会给一次换申要求较低的专业的机会，但必须在申请截止日期前换申。

If you don't meet the minimum requirements for your preferred program, we notify you and give you an opportunity to preference a different program with lower entry requirements. You will have until the application deadline to do this.
3）申请审理流程分三步走：
检查申请人是否达到最低录取标准
(本科院校与均分、雅思、部分专业的特殊要求)
↓
对符合要求的申请人进行排名
(均分、雅思、学生群体多样化)
↓
发放最终结果
(录取、待定、拒绝)
4）Offer 将无法延期
之前，澳国立和澳洲其他大学一样，offer最多可延期一年，比如拿到2020年2月的offer，若因雅思或其他原因无法准时入学，可以将offer延期到2020年7月或者2021年2月。
现在，拿到2020年2月的offer后，必须在offer上给出的截止日期前接受offer，逾期不接受的视为offer作废，且offer无法再延期，若希望下个开学期入学，需重新递交申请，和新一轮申请中的申请人再次竞争。

Your Letter of Offer will give you a date by which you need to accept your offer. Remember to accept your offer on time - if you don't, it's most likely your offer will be made void and you'll have to apply again at another time.
Also be aware that you cannot defer your offer to study at ANU. If you can't take up your place, you will need to re-apply at a more suitable time.
5）申请分为三轮，每一轮给出具体的申请开放日期、截止日期、发放offer日期、接受offer日期。
