The figures, from the 10th annual Graduate Market study, revealed that nearly a third of graduate jobs at Britain’s top 100 employers pay more than £35,000.

The research claimed that university students graduating this summer were likely to enter a “buoyant” jobs market with the most opportunities available since 2005.
